Service Description

These sessions depends on age of youth. They can be quiet relaxing Reiki and Energy sessions, with soft music and guided relaxation or meditation. Or they can incorporate talking, learning to regulate and ground, intuitive oracle card pulling, getting support or guidance, or learning tools to best support all the Holistic Pillars of health, life and wellness.
