Hi, I’m Bethany.
I am a Registered Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping others find
relief, restore balance, and feel empowered in their health journey.
I believe that healing begins in a safe, welcoming environment where you feel heard, supported, and cared for. I strive to provide holistic care that supports not only your physical well-being but your overall health and quality of life.
You can find me at Aligned Holistic Health & Wellness starting July 2026! I look forward to welcoming clients of all ages and stages of life into my practice.
Before becoming an RMT, I worked as a Labour & Delivery Nurse, where I had the privilege of caring for families during some of life’s most meaningful moments. This experience sparked my passion for supporting individuals throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey with massage therapy. I understand the incredible physical and emotional changes that come with this season of life and am committed to providing compassionate care to growing families. I am proud to offer a baby-friendly space where infants are always welcome to accompany their mothers to appointments.
I have also completed additional training in myofascial cupping, which allows me to offer another therapeutic tool to help relieve tension, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
I believe the best outcomes come from working together to create a care plan that aligns with
your individual needs, goals, and lifestyle, empowering you to actively participate in your own healing journey.
