Friday March 20th @ 7pm <Miranda Lee & Alan Wiese> 10 Min Grounding, Breath and Clearing 30 Min Guided Meditative Journey with a Supportive Playlist 30-45 Min Sound Bath, Restorative Yoga & Energy Work Our first session of the weekend will start with grounding, connecting with our breath, and an energetic grounding and clearing of the room with palo santo. You will be guided on a meditative journey to enter into the portal of Spring, and to release any heaviness of Winter, with a supportive playlist and distance energy work. ​Alan will then be taking us on a Sound Journey, using the sound, frequency and vibration of Crystal Sound Bowls, while Miranda Lee will move around the room offering 1:1 Reiki Energy Healing while you are being supported in a restorative Asana with bolsters, pillows and blankets. Ending in Savasana and silence.
