Spring Revival | Seasonal Alignment

Sunday March 22th @ 1030am-12pm Miranda Lee & Andrea come together each season change to collaborate for this offering, and they are back for another session in this "Seasonal Alignment" series with a renewed class style to allow deeper healing and transformation within body, mind and soul. As we move from the Yin energy of Winter where we appreciated the slowness, planning, and retreat we welcome the increased Yang energy into our bodies as we invite in Spring and everything it has the offer. The active change filled energy of Spring can often feel built up and stuck compared to the slow energy of Winter. With that emotions can be fluctuating, bodies can feel stagnant while we struggle to find the Yin-Yang energy balance. With our Spring Revival session we help support the free flow of Qi preventing stagnation in both the physical and mental body. The treatment will balance Winter/Spring Energy allowing the seeds of the winter to blossom and bloom in Spring. This Spring Edition will a combination of a gentle breath connection, supportive restorative yoga poses, acupuncture, and a Yoga Nidra Journey with Sound Healing. You will be fully settling the body deep into a restorative or supportive position (at which point Andrea will invite acupuncture in) and remain here for the duration of our Nidra Journey and Sound Healing. We will end with a beautiful heart opening practice to fully embrace and open to everything ahead for Spring. *Everything provided, including yoga mats and bolsters. Please wear comfy clothes that are loose fitting, and feel free to bring a blanket, journal, or anything else that will support you in this journey. >Yoga Nidra is known as a "yogic sleep', and incorporates relaxation, conscious awareness, body scanning, and a guided journey including visualization. It is a state of deep relaxation while moving through various states of consciousness, and can be comparable to hours of sleep.
