**December Promo, must be booked in December 2025 A session to create pause in your life, a chance to listen within, and to be supported and guided in whatever modality I am guided through intuitively. May include messages, energy work, guided journeys, supportive breathwork, card pulling and more. These sessions are held in a very supportive space, in a warm room, with soft lighting, soft incense and relaxing music. I always encourage you to come open to receive, with no expectations, trusting that we are always shown and guided as our heart, body and souls need. Each session is different pending your needs.
