Join Miranda Lee for a beautiful Retreat style day where you will be immersed in valuable tools and practices, that she lives by, to bring your own power, energy and light into your life and wellness. 

We will tuck ourselves away in the beautiful studio at Aligned, to ground and heal. A held space and community (no matter your experience) to reconnect with your body, the messages it holds, mindfulness, energy work, and practices to release what is unprocessed, and awakening your light within. 

A variety of practices, discussions, breaks to integrate, and opportunity for Q&A's. A full immersive, experiential day leaving you lighter, with awareness and connection to self and a supportive community like never before.

An experience beyond Yoga.

This studio favorite led by Miranda Lee will leave you feeling grounded, relaxed and at peace. This class incorporates meditation, breathing, somatic embodiment (body connection), Qigong techniques, gentle stretching, restorative poses to settle the body, nervous system, mind and soul.

 

A practice that both open the body, muscles and joints, and allows the body to expand to allow more range of motion, fuller breath, while also settling with some stillness.  If you are looking to make some changes in your relationship with the body and your overall wellness, commit to yourself for a one hour session, and lean into the changes that can happen. So much can be learnt about the body and mind in this amazing class, and the health benefits go much beyond "stretching". ​

Yoga mats, bolsters and meditation pillows provided, but feel to bring your own and a cozy blanket:)

If you are needing to carve out some self care time, come off the race of life, back into the body, building a more connected relationship with self, or wanting to connect with others diving into their healing work...this is for you.​Kundalini, Breathwork, Grounding, Somatic Practices, Sharing, Parts Work & Somatic Experiencing, Journaling, Guided Meditations, Restorative Yoga, and more more more!​

Functional Training for Youth Athletes

Spaces are limited this Spring/Summer for Athletes wanting to prepare for their seasons ahead! 

The approach to athlete training, with Miranda Lee, focuses on strength that creates balance in the body, contributes to muscle growth, and power that is both dynamic and functional. It is the work you do in off season that prevents injuries by challenging the body in new ways that are appropriate to size and growth point.

Miranda Lee has been trainer for High Performance athletes and teams over the past 15+ years, from University and College to National level beyond. She even supported leading the 'League Champion' Battleford AAA Sharks team again this season in Dryland and Athlete Wellness...body, mind and soul.

**Experience in preparing athletes for hockey, soccer, football, volleyball, basketball, cheer and gymnastics.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING- SUMMER

(5 WEEKS)

The right community and support changes everything about your health and wellness! Choose your days (once or twice a week), block that time out of your week, and all you have to do is show up! The accountability piece of a group can be exactly what takes you from goals to success! And an ever changing workout and movement session to support you and your body, wherever its at and whatever your goals are. No competition and everyone finding success, however that looks for you.

Starts the week of JULY 6TH-AUGUST 6TH

EVENING GROUPS:     

Monday 7pm, Tuesday 6pm & Thursday 6 pm 

 

MORNING GROUPS:   

Tuesday 830am & Thursday 830am

COST:

1x/week: $131.25  

2x/week: $210    

Led by Miranda Lee, who has almost 20 years in the wellness industry. Miranda herself lives with disability, and her professional experience supports all populations from pre and post natal, high performance athletes, those recovering from injury, to those living with disability. ​
