An intuitive session to gain support and tools to work through seasons of change, shifts, or challenges including big emotions, new territory, releasing old identities/labels or feeling stuck. May include intuitive guidance, reiki, guided meditations, card pulls and talk therapy. -session done as comfortable in sitting, with gentle movement, or lying on a warm massage table; Reiki can be incorporated
