An inviting and relaxing way to invite balancing of the chakras, settling of the nervous system and rejuvenation of the physical body and mind. Sound baths are an easy, relaxing, little effort way to support yourself in raising your vibration! Sound therapy is created by use of sound bowls, and may support a variety of symptoms such as stress, physical pain, clarity and clearing the chakras.
