Friday September 25th @ 7-830pm (90 mins) Miranda and Alan are back to collaborate in this Energy Portal, offering our co-guided journey and supportive breathwork, a sound bath, restorative yoga, and Reiki energy work (for those open to receive). As we welcome in the transition to a darker, colder season, we allow pause, introspection, and guidance to release what needs to be. A warm, dark, candle lit, sensory space filled with earthy incense aroma, and a transformational playlist to support meeting yourself on the mat with your breath. You will be supported on a mat with bolsters, weighted pillows and a blanket, and guided into a journey of of meditation, and breathwork. Alan will be also be incorporating a portion of our class as a Sound Bath, playing crystal sound bowls to invite movement of Qi, clearing and alignment of the Chakras, taking you on a beautiful journey of relaxation of the mind and body, and healing of sound and eneretic vibration. A beautiful session to opening to the heart and lungs, meeting yourself and all your parts, processing what is held, and holding space for what is meant to be shown for you. All you need to do is wear something comfy, bring a cozy blanket, and come open with no expectations. A beautiful journey that can open yourself to awareness and consciousness that can help shift you, your mindset, your connection with heart and intuition and how you navigate life.
