Grab the ladies you love, and join for this relaxing, cup filling session. For all ages and any physical restrictions welcome. Settle into a mat, cozy up with a blanket, and allow your body to relax into supportive bolsters. A Sound Bath offers a chance for the body to rest, the mind to slow, the nervous system to settle and the energy centers and chakras of the body to move and align. Each crystal sound bowl and instrument attuned to different frequencies to clear and invite healing into the body. A beautiful, soft, guided practice followed by reflection, tea and snacks and card pulls. Distance Reiki will be provided to those open to receive. Everything you need is provided.
