Sound Bowls & Restorative Yoga | Pop Up

Service Description

A special offering for December, to invite a pause during the holiday hustle. A 60 minute session with a guided restorative practice while enjoying a sound bath from Crystal Singing Bowls. You will be invited to release stress, clear the mind, process emotions, and recalibrate the body, mind, heart and soul. All you have to do is show up, and leave the rest to the bowls. Crystal singing bowls provide sound and vibrations while played that help to balance the chakras, release and move energy in the body, improve mood, relieve stress, re-energize your auric field, minimize pain and help restore your bodies balance. Restorative yoga is a restful practice of being fully supported by bolsters, props and weighted pillows. A completely different style of yoga, with an invitation to be fully still, with no stretch, and fully at peace for 5-10 minutes or more each asana. All props are provided, but feel free to bring your own. A great session for all body types, mobility levels, and ages. Come as you are. **Class is by donation. Regular price is $30 for this session, but for December only $10 class fee and all other funds going to the Empty Stocking Fund in North Battleford!
