A sustainable way to stay committed to your movement and connected with your wellness for those with busier schedules. Join for Drop In to balance out the Yin & Yang energy! Yang energy is masculine, active and heated...paired with the opposing yin, which is more passive, cool and gentle. Miranda Lee will be leading.... 30 minutes: Big Vibes Low Impact Strength Training (for ALL body types & abilities) 30 minutes: Different styles of Yin work <Yin Stretch | Fascia & Rolling | Breath Work | Restorative Yoga | Meditation> It is life shifting to change up your routine and lean into new practices...and creating more stillness, gentleness, openness and calm in the body and mind can be magic.
