Alternating between Sundays and Mondays (Choose from 3 or 6 Sessions) Mondays | May 12, June 9 & 16th Sundays | May 25th, June 1 & 22nd Jan 19th, 26th & Feb 9th & 23rd Dive into a deep and nourishing journey with self. Soma means body, and soul being our connection with heart and inner compass. For many of us, we are disconnected with our senses and body as we move through our day. Think living in total auto pilot and focused on the external work, the to-do lists, and the pressures and schedules. And we are often incredibly connected only with our thinking brain. Allowing stillness and check ins like these sessions allow you to nourish and support the nervous system, learns tools to regulate, reconnect with our felt body and learn the ways it tries to communicate (through pain, tension, heaviness and more) that we often miss. Energy work will also be integrated in the form of sound therapy, reiki, and breathwork, to allow flow, openness and healing. Each session will be different, but with incorporate breathwork or kundalini, gentle movement, somatic practices or flow yoga for physical and emotional release, stillness in form of guided meditation and/or restorative yoga, support, energy work, journaling, sound healing and more. Both physical practices, and guided gentle more restorative journeys to connect with all your parts in a soft, curious, compassionate way like never before. An incredible way to dip your toes into the ways I support healing, connection and beautiful shifts in my own personal life, and the lives of the clients I work with. It will be nourishing AF, like experiencing little mini retreats each month to stay in alignment and connection with yourself.
