STAY TUNED FOR DATES. Learn and practice tools to pause, connect, process and heal that you can integrate into your daily life and journey for support. You will be guided into a restorative pose to settle and relax the body, breathwork to come out of the mind and into the body, a guided meditation and somatic practices to soothe and release anything held within, including trauma or unprocessed emotions. A very personal, soft, inward practice to support and teach tools for connecting within, with our body, breathe, heart, mind, nervous system and soul. Reiki available to those who wish to receive.
