Service Description

Miranda will be switching things up a little from the original plan due to Gayla's absence. She will have the studio extra toasty, and will be leading a gentle 'somatic flow' with breath to release emotion and stuck-ness while settling the nervous system. There will be 'Range of Motion & Fascia' work with rolling and stretching to open up the body, lengthen muscles, release fascia and increase range of motion. The session will be sealed with Restorative Yoga, and an offering of Reiki to those who wish to receive during a recorded Sound Bath (music vs live bowls).  We will end with a silent meditation & savasana.
